The Art History Honors Society was founded in Spring 2005. It was officially declared a University of Tampa student organization in Fall 2005. The University of Tampa's Art History Honors Society is the first undergraduate art history honors organization in the United States. Our mission is to increase campus knowledge, awareness, and exposure to art history as well as plan symposia that would interest students and propose the fascinating cultural history of the world.
